Kaal Bhairav Tandav Stotram is a powerful hymn dedicated to Kaal Bhairava
— the fierce, time-transcending form of Shiva. “Kaal” means both time
and death, and Kaal Bhairav is worshipped as the one who removes fear of
both. He is shown garlanded in skulls, holding a trident and damaru,
riding a dog as his vahana.
The stotram describes his cosmic tandav — the dance that destroys
ignorance and negativity while making way for truth and clarity.
Chanting it is believed to grant courage, remove obstacles, and offer
protection from black magic, evil eye, and untimely death.
This film presents the Tandav Stotram in full, set to Kaal Bhairava’s
iconography — grounded in classical devotional tradition, meant for
daily recitation as much as for darshan.
